or UPS, to mainland
United Kingdom only.
We are now offering free delivery to all our UK customers 1st class post on any orders over £10.00. For guaranteed SPECIAL next day
delivery there will be a charge of £5.00 which can be selected
on the checkout process. This will apply to orders placed
before 1:00 pm on the day of purchase.
Orders delivered to customers outside the UK but within Europe, will be charged at £5.00.
Orders Outside of Europe will be charged at £10.00,
you will be able to select the required option on checkout, to avoid any delays in delivery please ensusre that you
select the correct delivery option.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver within 5 working days of receiving your order. In the event that
items you have ordered are out of stock we will try to contact you personally either
by telephone or email, to notify you of any changes. We will not take any payments
from your credit or debit card until the order has been dispatched.
Returns Policy
On delivery of your goods inspect the items immediately.You have the right to return
goods to us within 5 days, if you are not happy with them, or they do not meet your
expectations. All items must be returned in an unused condition and in the original
packaging. If you are returning goods to us, please contact us, by email or telephone,
to inform us of the reason(s) you are returning your goods. All goods must be returned

Refunds
On receipt of your returned goods we will do our best to refund your money or to
send you a replacement. Unfortunately we can not cover the expense of you returning
the goods to us.
